Proof
Not activity. Evidence of progress.
Mothusi is built to show what changed, what support contributed and what evidence supports the conclusion. This page separates what has already been deployed from what the current MGS framework is designed to measure next.

Deployment proof
One shared environment across a complex rural business ecosystem.
Royal Bafokeng Enterprise Development uses Mothusi across more than 700 enterprises and farmers spanning 29 villages and approximately 35 industries. The deployment demonstrates the platform's ability to support diverse businesses, agriculture activity, learning, evidence capture and institutional reporting in one environment.

Historical measurement
Longitudinal business assessment predates the current MGS framework.
For more than two years, Avnon and Mothusi-supported programmes have used baseline and follow-up assessments, learning records, documents, mentor inputs and business-level reports to track change. Earlier measures pre-date the current five-tier MGS methodology, so we do not claim historical MGS tier movement where it was not measured.

Going forward
What Mothusi measures from here.
Tier and lever movement, evidence confidence, issue clusters, readiness, interventions and source evidence. Direct outcomes such as improved records and readiness are reported separately from longer-term effects such as revenue, employment or access to capital.
