A storefront for every farm. A marketplace buyers can trust.
Most agri-SMEs are invisible to the buyers and aggregators who would pay for what they produce. Mothusi gives every farm a public-facing storefront that surfaces the commodity record, the production history, and the verification trail. Buyers see real suppliers, not unverified listings.
One of thirteen workflows in the Agriculture layer. All connected to the same growth record.

Why it exists, and how it operates.
The farmer storefront is generated from the farm profile, commodity diagnostics, and production record. It shows commodities, current and projected availability, capacity, certifications, prior delivery history, and verification status. Nothing is self-reported and unbacked.
Buyers, aggregators, processors, exporters, retailers, and offtakers browse or search the marketplace by commodity, region, volume, certification, and verification level. Mothusi can also push-match: when a buyer states a need, Mothusi surfaces the operators who already meet it.
A storefront is a working asset for the farmer, not a vanity page. Inbound enquiries flow back to the operator through Mothusi, are captured as commercial signals, and feed into the offtake record over time.

Growth record
What this workflow produces.
Each item below is a structured artefact written to the operator's growth record. Programme officers, funders, buyers, and the operator themselves can read and act on every one.
- Public farm storefront
- Commodity, capacity, and lead-time record
- Verification badges per evidence type
- Inbound enquiry log
- Buyer-to-operator match history
- Marketplace performance per operator
Different audiences. Same workflow output.
| Audience | Value delivered |
|---|---|
| Farmers | A real presence to buyers, with their record doing the talking. |
| Buyers and aggregators | A verified supplier pool. Less risk per source. |
| Programmes | Market linkage outcomes measurable per cohort and per region. |
| Funders | Demand signals layered onto operator profiles ahead of working capital decisions. |
